Bryan C Harrison

Bryan serves as the Chief Membership Development Officer for Shriners International, a 501(c)10 fraternal organization composed of 200+ chapters with 9000+ components located across six continents serving nearly 200,000 members. As a Senior Executive, he leads a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to complex market disruption forces to define and implement strategic initiatives that improve the financial performance, solidify market presence, and improve operations of the 71+ million dollar federation. He is also responsible for leading all aspects of recruitment, retention, and restoration of the international membership including the strategic management of a 20+ million dollar annual membership renewal campaign at a 95% renewal rate (79% is the average).

Additionally, he is responsible for cultivating credible relationships, and driving the growth and development of a strategic blueprint for the Shriners International Education Foundation (SIEF), a separate 501(c)3 educational nonprofit organization.

He is an in-demand speaker who’s given speeches at several of America’s largest industry forums for association management and small businesses including at the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Annual Conference, US Chamber of Commerce IOM, and at the SEMA Show. Additionally, with nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, trade associations, and professional societies he serves as a business coach, author, and board member/volunteer for several trade and philanthropic organizations.
