Running a business involves a variety of responsibilities for an employer. Employees must be managed. Sales must be made. Business development and strategy must be implemented and executed. The list could go on. In the midst of it all, employers must ensure that compliance with state and federal regulations are met and that employees are compensated and taken care of in an effective and timely manner. This involves having Human Resources professionals in place to keep things in order—whether in-house or through HR outsourcing.
Speaker Bio:
Dianne Gerth is a Human Resources Manager with LBMC Employment Partners located in Brentwood, Tennessee. With 12 years’ experience in human resources her current roll allows her to consult with around 16 clients from various industries, including healthcare, law, creative, software, roofing, and more. Her largest client employs around 3,000 individuals. Dianne is a Nashville native and obtained her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her graduate degree from Belmont University. She lives in Nashville with her husband, two boys and three rescue pets.
