Jaime Morgan

Jaime is the Director of Customer Success at Novi AMS, specializing in supporting existing customers and helping them align their processes with their strategic goals to create solutions that "just work." With a strong focus on customer success, she brings extensive experience in process optimization and problem-solving. Before joining Novi, Jaime served as an Association Executive for 9 years, earning the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from ASAE in 2020.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, yoga, reading, and being outdoors in nature.
